Defrost the STOUFFERS Macaroni and Cheese in the microwave for 20 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup of STOUFFERS Macaroni and Cheese into the center of each empanada disc.
Press and seal the empanada edges with a fork.
Fry the mac and cheese empanadas at 350F for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. You can also air fry these!
