Chocolate Espresso Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ground
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon semi-sweet mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Refrigerate the chia seed pudding for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve with chocolate chips sprinkled on top, if desired.
