medium ripe avocados
diced red onion
Juice of 1/2 a lime
salt and pepper
Chips or assorted veggies for serving
Halve and pit the avocados then scoop out the flesh into a large bowl.
Mash the avocados with salt, pepper, and the lime juice until it's to your desired consistency.
Stir in the red onion, cilantro and pomegranate seeds.
Serve with chips or assorted veggies, for dipping.
Reserve a few pomegranate seeds for garnish.
