Grilled Pesto Pork Chops

  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Slather the pesto on both sides of the pork chops, then place them into a dish, and cover them with plastic wrap. Allow the pork chops to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours, up to overnight.
  2. When you're ready to cook, heat a grill to medium-low heat and oil the grates.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and lay them onto the grill.
  4. Grill the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, or until the juices run clear near the bone.
  5. Serve hot.
