Add the onion, garlic, dried oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and orange juice into a food processor or blender.

Process to form an aromatic paste.

Pour the marinade all over the pork shoulder.

Place the pork shoulder into the slow cooker, then cook on low for 8-9 hours or 6-7 hours on high.

When it's done, remove the pork shoulder from the slow cooker and shred it with 2 forks. Remove any bones, cartilage and fat.
