In a small saucepan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

Saute the mushrooms, onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes, until they're tender and wilted.

Remove the cooked veggies from the heat and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, sesame oil, Panko, egg, cooked veggies, five spice, parsley and soy sauce.

Form 1" meatballs and place them onto a baking sheet lined with a baking rack.

Broil the meatballs at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until the meatballs and browned and cooked through.

While the meatballs are still hot, brush them with the sweet chili sauce, then serve.
