In a saucepot, add the water, ginger, and spices.
Bring to a boil, the reduce to simmer. Allow the mixture to summer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and strain the tea into a blender. Add the 4th & Heart Organic Turmeric Ghee, sweetener, milk and salt, and blend for 30 seconds.
Serve hot.
You really can't add too much (or too little) ginger, so make it as spicy (or not) as you like. And feel free to mix and match your favorite spices: additions like vanilla, cardamom, nutmeg, and black peppercorns are all great additions.
To fully incorporate the butter into the tea, blend the mixture for 20-30 seconds, until frothy.
