Shrimp Alfredo Pizza with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough Homemade or store-bought, plus flour for dusting/rolling out
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp tails removed
  • 1/2 cup prepared alfredo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 cup fresh mozzerella sliced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place your pizza pan into the oven and preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the ball of dough into a 14" inch pizza pie, using flour as needed to make sure it doesn't stick.
  3. Remove the hot pan from the oven and lay the pizza crust onto the pan.
  4. Spray the pizza crust with olive oil spray, then layer with 1/2 cup of alfredo, 1 cup of sliced mozzarella & 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan.
  5. Lay the shrimp on top of the cheese.
  6. Finally, drizzle the pizza with 3 tablespoons of pesto.
  7. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
