Skirt Steak and Guacamole Tostones

  • 12 fried plantains
  • 1 container prepared avocado spread
  • 1/2 lb cooked skirt steak, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup chipotle mayo
  • cilantro for garnish


  1. Fry the plantains according to the package instructions, or follow my easy recipe here. Top each plantain with a tablespoon of the WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™ dip of your choice.

  2. Place a slice of skirt steak on top of the avocado dip, then add a dollop of chipotle mayo. Garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
