Avocado toast might just be the easiest recipe in the history of life. Â I like to call it my lazy breakfast. Â When I need to eat something fast, yet satisfying and sustaining, this is my go-to breakfast! Â The creamy avocado kicks the pants off plain old butter and jam, plus it’s much healthier for you! Â Avocados are filled with healthy fats that may help to lower your bad cholesterol levels, and are the best fruit-based source of Vitamin E. Â Try out this recipe next time you’re in a breakfast time crunch, I’ll bet avocado toast will become a morning staple in your kitchen!
2 slices of your favorite sliced whole-grain bread, toasted
